Letter - What's the logic of school spending?
Again, maybe I just don’t understand the workings of politics and spending.
To the editor:
Again, maybe I just don’t understand the workings of politics and spending. In the same newspaper or newscast on radio and TV there will be a report that the school district as of today is $2.1 million short for the current year. In the next breath, or article, there is all kinds of excitement about starting to build on a new school. I don’t understand the logic in the way of using funds. Of course, when I am deciding on how to work my finances, I am spending my own money.
