Is spring here? Signs are springing up!

Signs of an early spring are popping up all over Douglas County.

The newspaper has received quite a few calls from residents who have spotted robins. A resident known as "Andy Evergreen," who lives east of Lake Victoria near Alexandria, reported seeing bluebirds today as well.

"I've never seen bluebirds so early," he said.

Another indication of spring: Temperatures are predicted to hit the 60-degree mark this afternoon.
