Project: Master Clock and VOIP 911 Systems
Douglas County, Minnesota is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for a VoIP 911 system and master clock for their Communications Center. This project includes the purchase, installation, testing, training, acceptance, and removal of the old 911 system and the installation of a new master clock system.
All proposals must be sealed and clearly marked “911 Proposal” and submitted to the Douglas County Coordinator no later than 3:00 PM CDT on April 26, 2012. All proposals will be opened at that time, at which time only the proposers’ names will be public information. All proposals will be evaluated according to the criteria stated in the RFP.
