NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Section 10.23 of the Alexandria City Code, the Alexandria Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on March 19, 2012 at 7:10 pm in the Alexandria City Hall to consider the Conditional Use application of Gardonville Co-op Telephone Association. The applicant is requesting to allow the erection of a commercial wireless communication tower. The property is located on the south side of Willow Creek properties on 30th Avenue and is legally described as: “30th Avenue Addition, Outlot A, AC 14.43, Sec-tion 30, Township 128, Range 37, Douglas County, Minnesota.”
