Community fan bus for Section 8AAA girls' basketball championship

Charter fan buses are being organized for adults and students to the Section 8AAA girls' basketball championship game at Minnesota State University - Moorhead on Friday, March 9.

Cost of the bus ride is $10 per person.

Fan bus tickets will be sold between 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Jefferson High School and Discovery Middle School on Wednesday, March 7, and Thursday, March 8.

Permission forms are also available at the Jefferson High School Activities Office or online at the JHS Activities website. www.alexandria.k12.mn.us/jefferson

Alexandria will face Fergus Falls at 7 p.m. on Friday. Buses will depart at 4:45 p.m. from the Jefferson High School front parking lot.

Game tickets will be purchased at Moorhead State. Ticket prices are $8 for adults and $5 for students K-12.

Elementary students wishing to ride the fan bus must be accompanied by their parent.

No student fan bus reservations will be taken without a permission slip and payment.
