Photo of the Week: What left these tracks?

Eugene and Cheryl Krueger saw these tracks in the snow near their home on Lake Brophy across from Brophy Bay west of Alexandria about three weeks ago. They’re wondering what kind of animal left them.

Eugene and Cheryl Krueger saw these tracks in the snow near their home on Lake Brophy across from Brophy Bay west of Alexandria about three weeks ago. They’re wondering what kind of animal left them.

The tracks are about a foot apart, roughly the size of a cat’s paw and the line is likely a tail. The tracks indicate that the animal was hopping.
