BELLE RIVER RESIDENTS

NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING and

ELECTION OF OFFICERS

The Annual Meeting and Election for Belle River Township will be held on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at St. Nicholas Church. Poles will be open from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The election will be for one Supervisor for a 3 year term and one Clerk for a 2 year term.

The Annual Meeting will follow the closing of the polls at 8:00 p.m.

The Board of Canvass will meet following the close of the Annual Meeting to declare the results of the election.

In case of inclement weather, the election and meeting will be held the following Tuesday, March 20.
