OSAKIS TOWNSHIP

NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS

Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Osakis Township, County of Douglas, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Town Meeting will be held Tuesday, March 13, 2012.

In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election will be postponed until the third Tuesday in March.

The Election Poll Hours will be open from 5pm-8pm, at which time the voters will elect:

One Supervisor Position C - 3-year term.

One Clerk/Treasurer - 2-year term.

The Board of Canvass will meet following the election at 8:05 pm.

The Annual Meeting will commence at 8:15 pm to conduct all necessary business predetermined by law.

The Annual Election, Board of Canvass, and Annual Meeting will be held at the Osakis Community Center in Osakis, MN.
