IDA TOWNSHIP
NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Ida Township, County of Douglas, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 13, 2012. In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election may be postponed until Tuesday, March 20, 2012.
The Election Poll hours will be from 12:00 PM (noon) to 8:00 PM at which time the voters will elect:
One Supervisor, Seat B – three-year term: Candidate – Thomas Scearcy
One Clerk – two-year term: Candidate – Barbara Kilgore
The Annual Meeting will commence after the closing of the polls and conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.
The Supervisors of Ida Township will meet as the Board of Canvass after the closing of the Annual Meeting.
The Annual Election and Meeting will be held at the following location: Ida Township Town Hall, 4700 County Road 6 NW, Garfield, Minnesota.
