Letter - Grateful for Rainbow Rider
We were very sorry to read the letter to the editor in the February 17 Echo Press where the Rainbow Rider dispatchers were so harshly criticized.

We were very sorry to read the letter to the editor in the February 17 Echo Press where the Rainbow Rider dispatchers were so harshly criticized. We have regularly used the Rainbow Rider for more than a year and it has been a source of blessing for us.
We have never experienced a disrespectful attitude or unpleasant dealings with any of the dispatchers, even when we have had to make some unexpected changes.
We are so grateful for this service and we know we are only paying a partial amount of the cost because of state and federal subsidies. Harold Jennissen’s letter of response was certainly gracious.
We give five stars to the drivers. They are very capable in assisting those with disabilities, always greet us with a caring smile, and we can always depend on them for the service they give us.
