NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING AND

ELECTION OF OFFICERS

ALEXANDRIA TOWNSHIP

Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Alexandria Township, County of Douglas, State of Minnesota, that the Election of officers and Annual Township Meeting will be held Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. Polls will be open from 12:00 Noon to 8:00 PM at which time the voters will elect:

Supervisor Seat A – Three-year Term

Supervisor Seat E – Two-year Term

The annual meeting will be held following the election at 8:00 PM.

The Town Board will meet as a Board of Canvass immediately following the close of the Annual Meeting to declare the official results of the Election.

In case of inclement weather, the Election and Annual Meeting will be rescheduled to March 20, 2012.
