HUDSON TOWNSHIP

NOTICE OF ELECTION

AND ANNUAL MEETING

The annual election of officers for Hudson Township will be held on March 13, 2012 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Forada City Hall. The election will be for 1 Supervisor – 3-year term and 1 clerk – 2-year term.

The Annual Meeting will be held following the election at 8:00 p.m. The proposed budget for 2013 and other pertinent matters concerning the township will be discussed.

The Board of Canvass will meet at 7:00 p.m. on March 15, 2012 at the City Hall to declare the official results of the election.

In case of inclement weather, the election and Annual Meeting will be held at the same time and place one week later, March 20, 2012.
