Session will address racism in community

A session addressing racism in the Alexandria community will take place on Wednesday, February 29. The local Diversity Resource Action Alliance (DRAA) will present “New Conversations about Race and Racism.”

A session addressing racism in the Alexandria community will take place on Wednesday, February 29.

The local Diversity Resource Action Alliance (DRAA) will present “New Conversations about Race and Racism” from 1 to 4:30 p.m. at the Alexandria Technical and Community College Room 209.

The session will help participants learn skills to share personal histories, assume good intent in uncomfortable interactions, and address real-life situations.

The session is free but limited to 25 participants.
