Upcoming blood drives
Call 1-800-733-2767 or visit redcrossblood.org to make an appointment or for information. A blood donor’s card or driver’s license, or two other forms of identification are required.
Following are the upcoming blood drives in the area:
• Thursday, February 23, noon to 6 p.m., Calvary Lutheran Church, 605 Douglas Street, Alexandria.
• Friday, February 24, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Calvary Lutheran Church, 605 Douglas Street, Alexandria.

Individuals who are 17 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds and are in generally good health may be eligible.
