Three charged in Alexandria meth bust, court Monday

Three individuals involved in a methamphetamine drug bust on Tuesday in Alexandria have been charged.

Three individuals involved in a methamphetamine drug bust on Tuesday in Alexandria have been charged.

Alfredo Hernandez Jaquez, 33, of Willmar, has been charged with 1 count of first-degree controlled substance (methamphetamine), which has a maximum penalty of 30 years imprisonment and/or a $1,000,000 fine; 2 counts of felon in possession of a firearm with a maximum penalty of 15 years imprisonment and/or a $30,000 fine; and 3 counts of terroristic threats carrying a maximum penalty of 5 years imprisonment and/or a $10,000 fine.

Lisa Marie Fann, 35, of Alexandria, has been charged with 1 count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). This charge carries a maximum penalty of 30 years imprisonment and/or a $1,000,000 fine.

Daniel Patrick Barthle, 39, of Alexandria, has been charged with 1 count of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). This charge carries a maximum penalty of 5 years imprisonment and/or a $10,000 fine.

All three will appear in court for a second appearance on Monday, January 30.

An ongoing investigation is under way by the Alexandria Police Department, Douglas County Sheriff’s Office and West Central MN Drug Task Force.
