Married - Bouwman and Steen

Kristen Bouwman and Brian Steen were married on July 16, 2011 at New Life Christian Church in Alexandria. A reception followed at Broadway Ballroom in Alexandria.

Kristen is the daughter of Deb Pearson of Alexandria and Bruce Bouwman of Lowry. She graduated from Jefferson High School (JHS) in Alexandria in 2003. She obtained a specialist degree in school psychology from Minnesota State University in Moorhead in 2011. She is employed as a school psychologist in Phoenix, Arizona.

Brian is the son of Jean Steen of Alexandria and David Steen of Farwell. He graduated from JHS in 2000 and attended Fergus Falls Community College. He is currently employed as a chef in Glendale, Arizona.

The couple’s attendants were Tiffany Bouwman of Moorhead; Marcie Christensen of Garfield; Sara Fidler of Grand Rapids; Rachel Berglund of Arlington, Virginia; Lindsay Walliczeck of Eaton Rapids, Michigan; Justin Steen and Jake Fredricks, both of St. Paul; Jon Miller of Avon, Colorado; Will Haffner of Lowry and Brian Hanson of Alexandria.

The couple resides in Glendale, Arizona.
