Church hosts community wellness seminar
Dr. David Kroska will present a free community wellness seminar on Saturday, October 22 at 2 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 1427 Lake Street in Alexandria.
Dr. David Kroska will present a free community wellness seminar on Saturday, October 22 at 2 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 1427 Lake Street in Alexandria.
Kroska is a physician at CentraCare Clinic – Women and Children in St. Cloud and the medical director for the Lifestyle Food and Exercise (L.I.F.E.) program, an evidence-based course that promotes a lifetime of health though nutrition and lifestyle change.
He will present some of the principles from that course that encourage weight loss, help reduce risks of diseases and improve health.
The session is open to all community members at no cost and with no prior registration.
