Jobs and Java to feature energy assistance programs
If people are worried about covering their upcoming heating costs, they should attend Jobs ‘n Java on Tuesday. October 11.
Alexandria WorkForce Center’s “Jobs and Java” sessions on Tuesday, October 11 at 10 a.m. will feature a presentation on energy assistance programs through West Central Minnesota Community Action.
If people are worried about covering their upcoming heating costs, they should attend Jobs ‘n Java on Tuesday. October 11. A representative from the Energy Assistance Program will be available to discuss guidelines for receiving assistance with heating costs, utility bills, heating system repairs, weatherization and more.
The “Jobs and Java” sessions are held at the Alexandria WorkForce Center, 303 22nd Avenue West, (320) 762-7800. They are open to the public. There is no charge or registration needed. Coffee will be provided.
