Highway 28 culvert replacement project east of Starbuck begins Friday

Motorists on Highway 28 east of Starbuck will experience delays when a culvert replacement project near Lake Minnewaska begins Friday, October 7.

Motorists on Highway 28 east of Starbuck will experience delays when a culvert replacement project near Lake Minnewaska begins Friday, October 7.

Traffic will detour to Highway 114 and Pope County Road 24.

The work is scheduled to be completed Friday, October 14, weather permitting.
