NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Sections 10.23 of the Alexandria City Code, the Alexandria Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on October 17, 2011 at 7:00 pm in the Alexandria City Hall to consider the Conditional Use application of Daniel Thorud dba Lakes Area Country Motors. The applicant is requesting to allow open and outdoor storage and display of vehicles in a sales lot in a B1 zoning district. The property is located at 5533 Hwy 29 S and is legally described as: “N 200’ of E 175’ of W 250’of SW4NW4, AC .80, Section 06, Township 127, Range 37, Douglas County, Minnesota.”
Notice of this hearing has been mailed to all property owners of record within 350 feet of the property in question. The public is invited to attend this hearing. Any questions or comments should be addressed to Mike Weber, City Planner, at (320) 763-6678.
