RENTAL MAINTENANCE
Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Douglas County will receive sealed bids for the general maintenance of HRA owned rental properties for the period of November 1, 2011 – October 31, 2012.
HRA of Douglas County will receive by mail or personal delivery at address:

Enclosed bids in (provided) sealed envelope, addressed to:

Bid due: Received by Friday, October 14th at 4:00 p.m.
Bid opening: Monday, October 17th, at 8:00 a.m.
Requirements include, but are not limited to: Bidder must hold current General Contractors License; carry at least 300,000/600,000 in liability insurance; be able to perform minor plumbing repairs, drywall repairs, painting, etc. Bidder will be chosen based on experience/qualifications. References are required.
Bid specifications can be picked up at the offices of Douglas County HRA between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon and 12:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon and 12:30 and 4:00 p.m. on Friday at 1224 North Nokomis Street, Alexandria, MN 56308 or by mail if requested by calling the HRA at 762-3074. All inquiries are to be directed to Lori Haugland.
The Douglas County HRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities in Bids.
