School District 206 voting off to fast start

Voters were lining up before the polls even opened to cast their ballots in the School District 206 special election Tuesday morning.

Voters were lining up before the polls even opened to cast their ballots in the School District 206 special election Tuesday morning for the $65.15 million bonding referendum to build a new high school in Alexandria.

Vote totals from the 12 precincts will be reported as they are tallied at the Douglas County Courthouse.
