HORSESHOE LEAGUE

Corral Supper Club won the Alexandria Horseshoe League playoffs as the No. 9 seed beat fourth-seeded Thomas-Lauren Co. 6-4 last week.

Thomas-Lauren-Co. won game one 174-172 and game two 175-169. It was all Corral Supper Club after that as Phil Swenson and Dave Beyer won game three 192-155 to force a fourth game by winning the total score 533-504. Corral took that deciding game 193-152.

Swenson finished with 74 ringers and 321 points. Beyer had 24 ringers and 165 points. Joe Hoff finished with 67 ringers and 255 points for Thomas-Lauren Co., while Gary Boots had 41 ringers and 189 points.
