NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please take notice that the Douglas County Commissioners will be holding a public hearing on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at 9:05 a.m. in the Douglas County Commissioners Room located on the second floor of the Douglas County Courthouse, 305 8th Avenue West, Alexandria, MN 56308 to take public comment on the proposed Park Legacy Grant application for Kensington Rune Stone Park to include the following:

• Project scope and type of activities involved

• Implementation schedule

• Overall cost and the proposed financing for the project

• Cost to be assessed to community residents

• Other associated project costs such as maintenance expenses, etc.
