PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Drainage Authority for Joint County Ditch #4, Douglas & Pope Counties, will be continuing the public hearing on the Petition for Removal of Property in the southwest quarter of section 25, Hudson Township, submitted by Peter H. and Marilyn L. Grundman, on October 10, 2011, starting at 8:30 A.M., in the meeting room at the Douglas County Public Works Center, 526 Willow Drive, Alexandria, Minnesota.

Any person having an interest in land that is or may be affected by the proposed removal of property may appear and be heard.
