New Awana Club opens at New Life Christian Church
New Life Christian Church in Alexandria will kick off a new Awana program for the 2011-12 year on Wednesday, September 21. Registration will be open from 6 to 6:30 p.m., followed by one and a half hours of club activities – a fusion of handbook study, lesson presentation, social interaction and game time.

Registration will be open from 6 to 6:30 p.m., followed by one and a half hours of club activities – a fusion of handbook study, lesson presentation, social interaction and game time.
Awana, a nondenominational children’s ministry, welcomes students ages 3 1/2 through 6th grade.
The biblically-based program is led by trained volunteers committed to reaching boys and girls with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and training children to serve Him.
