DOUGLAS COUNTY

BIENNIAL SERVICE PLANS

INCLUDING TITLE XX, MFIP, VCA

Douglas County is developing the Vulnerable Children and Adults Act Plan and the Minnesota Family Investment Plan for 2012-2013. Citizen participation is invited including Title XX Social Services funding.

The Minnesota Family Investment Plan and the Vulnerable Children and Adult Act Plan requires counties to submit biennial plans to the Minnesota Department of Human Services to receive these public funds.

The purpose of these plans identify and establish agreed-upon outcomes. The Plans also develop strategies to achieve those outcomes. The public input period will end October 15, 2011.
