The Haining Family to perform in Rose City

The Haining Family will present its final concert in Minnesota for 2011 at the Rose City Evangelical Free Church on Sunday, September 11 at 6 p.m.

The Haining Family will present its final concert in Minnesota for 2011 at the Rose City Evangelical Free Church on Sunday, September 11 at 6 p.m.

The group is known for its family harmonies, bluegrass instruments, fiddle tunes and yodeling, as well as for sharing a message of hope and encouragement.

The Haining Family was named the 2010 Country Gospel Music Association (CGMA) International Band of the Year, 2009 CGMA International Bluegrass Artist of the Year and International Vocal Group of the Year, and has won numerous awards from the CGMA Central USA Division.

The church is located at 16241 County Road 14 NE, which is eight miles east of Miltona or 14 miles west of Browerville.
