NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on September 23, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. at Viking Lakes Village MHC, 3305 S. Broadway, Alexandria, Minnesota 56308, the following manufactured home will be sold by public auction by the Sheriff of Douglas County:

1969 Artcraft, 12’ x 60’,

Serial No. C2400J326

This sale will be held to satisfy a claim upon the above-described abandoned property held by Viking Lakes Village MHC, owned by Sarah Lawrence-Wieben, and located at 3305 S. Broadway, Site #05, Alexandria, Minnesota 56308. Viking Lakes obtained possession of the property at Douglas County, Minnesota on or about June 24, 2011 pursuant to a Writ of Recovery. The amount of the claim against the above-reference property is $1,310.00 computed to the date of sale, exclusive of the expenses of said sale and the advertising thereof, together with the actual expenses of making said sale.
