NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON PETITION FOR REMOVAL OF PROPERTY FROM
JOINT COUNTY DITCH #4
DOUGLAS & POPE COUNTIES
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Drainage Authority for Joint County Ditch #4, Douglas & Pope Counties, will be holding a public hearing on the Petition for Removal of Property in the southwest quarter of section 25, Hudson Township, submitted by Peter H. and Marilyn L. Grundman.
The hearing will be held on September 12, 2011, starting at 1:00 P.M. in the meeting room at the Douglas County Public Works Center, 529 Willow Drive, Alexandria, Minnesota.
Any person having an interest in land that is or may be affected by the proposed removal of property may appear and be heard.
