THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:

You are hereby summoned and required to answer the Complaint of the Plaintiffs in the above-entitled action, a copy of which Complaint is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court in the City of Alexandria, Douglas County, Minnesota, and to file your answer with the Court Administrator of the above-named Court within twenty (20) days after the service of the Summons upon you exclusive of the date of such service, and if you fail to answer the Complaint within the time aforesaid, Plaintiff in this action will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You are hereby notified that the object to said action is to determine the adverse claims of said Defendants, and each of them, in or to the lands hereinafter described and to obtain judgment that Plaintiffs are the absolute owners, in fee simple, and that none of said Defendants have the right, title, estate, lien or interest whatsoever in or to said property or any part thereof. This action affects the following-described property situated in the County of Douglas, State of Minnesota:

That part of Lot A BERGSTROM-HOGLIN SUBDIVISION OF SECTIONS 1 AND 2 T127N, R39W, DOUGLAS CO. MINN., according to the recorded plat thereof, described as follows:

Commencing at the east quarter corner of said Section 2;

thence on an assumed bearing of North 01 degrees 04 minutes 07 seconds West along the east line of said Section 2 a distance of 1718.06 feet to the northerly most corner of MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION RIGHT OF WAY PLAT NO. 21-15, according to the recorded plat thereof;

thence southwesterly along the outside boundary of said MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION RIGHT OF WAY PLAT NO. 21-15 and along a non-tangential curve, concave to the southeast, radius 3894.72 feet, the chord of said curve bears South 39 degrees 51 minutes 24 seconds West 95.05 feet;

thence South 39 degrees 09 minutes 27 seconds West along tangent and along said outside boundary line 685.45 feet;

thence South 76 degrees 33 minutes 52 seconds West along said outside boundary line 124.76 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described;

thence continuing South 76 degrees 33 minutes 52 seconds West along said outside boundary line 50.00 feet;

thence North 10 degrees 31 minutes 43 seconds West 889 feet more or less to the shoreline of Mill Lake;

thence easterly along said shoreline to the intersection of a line bearing North 01 degrees 04 minutes 07 seconds West from the point of beginning;

thence South 01 degrees 04 minutes 07 seconds East 920 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
