Resorters Golf Tournament: Adams takes Juniors 10-12 championship
The Resorters Golf Tournament winner in the Junior 10-12 Division was Christopher Adams of Maple Grove, who edged defending champion, Lincoln Johnson of Chaska, in the final match after two extra holes.
Johnson, the medalist, defeated Ryan O’Hara of Glenview, Illinois 5-4 in the opening round, then topped Ben Doherty of Alexandria 5-3 in the semifinals.
Adams earned a 2-1 win over Joseph Bigger of Alexandria in the opener, then went on to top Logan Dubé of Hastings in the semifinals.
