Alexandria horseshoe league results

Regular season action concluded for the Alexandria Horseshoe League on July 13, with LRHC and Ron’s Warehouse tied for first place with 70-18 records.

The two teams faced off last week to determine the regular season championship with LRHC coming out on top 197-191, 182-181 and 204-187 for a total 583-559 victory and an 8-0 record.

Alan Larson led the LRCH team with 72 ringers and 279 points, while Janet Larson finished with 64 ringers and 235 points.

For Ron’s Warehouse, Mike Edwards had 52 ringers and 211 points, while Harley Anderson had 14 ringers and 156 points.

Singles tournament action for Classes C and D will be today, Wednesday, while Classes A and B will pitch August 3.

Following the singles tournament, the double elimination team tournament will begin August 10.
