PUBLIC HEARING ON

ROAD IMPROVEMENT FOR

SANDHILL LANE AND

SANDHILL TERRACE

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Notice is hereby given that the Carlos Township Board of Supervisors will meet in the Carlos Elementary School Gymnasium from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM on the 15th day of July, 2011 to consider the making of an improvement on Sandhill Lane and Sandhill Terrace by tar surfacing, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes § 429.11 to 429.11.

The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is abutting and non abutting properties. The estimated cost of the improvement is $262,775.00.

All persons as desired to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting. A decision to move forward with this project will most likely be made at this Hearing; therefore, your participation in imperative to this decision.
