NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by virtue of the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, Order for Default Judgment and Judgment entered in the above entitled matter, whereby it is adjudged, among other things, that there is due to the Petitioner the sum of SIXTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED and 41/100 ($68,400.41) Dollars with interest from and after May 18, 2011, and that the land therein described be sold to satisfy the same, with costs and expenses of such sale, a certified transcript of which judgment has been delivered to me by the Court, I, the undersigned Sheriff of Douglas, Minnesota will offer and expose for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on the 26th day of August, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, 216 Seventh Avenue West, Alexandria, Minnesota, the land described and directed to be sold in said judgment lying and being in the County of Douglas, State of Minnesota, to wit:
Parcel 1:
Lot 9, except the East 60 feet thereof; and Lots 10 and 11, except the West 38 feet thereof, all in Block 10, Original Townsite of the City of Osakis, excepting therefrom all those parts lying within the Plat of Osakis Railroad Addition.

Lot 1, Block 2, Osakis Railroad Addition.

or so much thereof as shall be necessary to satisfy said judgment, the interest thereon, and the costs and expenses of such sale; subject to redemption within six (6) months from the date of confirmation of said sale by the Court herein.
Unless said mortgage is reinstated or the property redeemed, or unless the time for redemption is reduced by judicial order, you must vacate the premises by 11:59 p.m. on March 7, 2012.
“THE TIME ALLOWED BY LAW FOR REDEMPTION BY THE MORTGAGOR, THE MORTGAGOR’S PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES OR ASSIGNS, MAY BE REDUCED TO FIVE WEEKS IF A JUDICIAL ORDER IS ENTERED UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 582.032, DETERMINING, AMONG OTHER THINGS, THAT THE MORTGAGED PREMISES ARE IMPROVED WITH A RESIDENTIAL DWELLING OF LESS THAN FIVE UNITS, ARE NOT PROPERTY USED IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION, AND ARE ABANDONED.”
