B. ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

1. Contractor's sealed proposals for the Parkers Prairie city hall – Reroof. The project includes General Construction work. The project shall be bid as a complete project requiring general construction contracts as one contract (single-prime). Work includes, but is not limited to: Removal of existing roofing and fascia siding, install new roofing and siding. Bids will be received by Owner until 10:00 a.m. Local Time, June 16, 2011, at Office of the Owner, city hall Parkers Prairie, Minnesota, 56361, in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by Widseth Smith Nolting & Associates, Inc., (A/E), 610 Fillmore St., telephone number (302) 762-8149, fax number (320) 762-0263

2. Bids will be received in the following bid categories:

a. Single Prime General Construction Contract Proposal (include General).

3. Bids will be opened publicly immediately after time of receiving bids.

4. Envelopes containing bids must be sealed, typed on the lower left-hand corner “Proposal” and with the name and address of the bidder and the date and hour of the opening.

6. It shall be the Bidders responsibility to make inquiry as to addenda issued.

7. Contractors/bidders may obtain a set of bidding documents from the Architect’s office for a non refundable fee of $20.00
