CALL FOR BIDS
The Board of Education of Independent School District No. 206, Alexandria, Minnesota, will accept sealed bids until 9:00 a.m., June 8, 2011 at the office of the Director of Food & Nutrition Services, Independent School District No. 206, Alexandria Public Schools, 617 18th Avenue East, Alexandria, Minnesota, 56308, for milk, frequency of delivery and necessary equipment for the school milk programs for the 2011-2012 school year, with the possibility of renewing the milk vendor bid for two additional one year terms (2012-2013 and 2013-2014 school years).
Bids must be submitted on the specific forms that are available in the office of the Food Service Director at 617 18th Avenue East, Alexandria, MN 56308.
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities.
