NOTICE OF AMENDMENT TO
THE DOUGLAS COUNTY
WATER SURFACE USE
ORDINANCE AS IT RELATES TO
LAKES GENEVA AND
VICTORIA
Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of February, 2011, the Douglas County Board of Commissioners amended the Water Surface Use Ordinance (No. 062309A). The amended rules were in effect on June 4, 2010 and thereafter. The amendments lift a restriction to watercraft travel through the channel connecting Lk Victoria to Lk Geneva.
Copies of the Douglas County Water Surface Use Ordinance (No. 062309A) are on file in the Recorder’s Office and the Land & Resource Management Department Office and online at www.co.douglas.mn.us.
