Fire damages house in Carlos

Fire damaged a house in Carlos shortly before midnight last night.

Fire damaged a house in Carlos shortly before midnight last night.

The Douglas County Law Enforcement Center received a 911 call about the fire at 15 North Douglas Avenue at 11:58 p.m. Monday.

The Carlos Fire Department and Douglas County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene. The residence sustained fire damage to the exterior wall and smoke damage. Adam Arras was living in the home, according to the sheriff's office.

Authorities said the fire may have started from an electrical fixture on the front exterior of the home.

No injuries were reported.
