Tastefully Simple named among top employers nationwide

For seven years running, Tastefully Simple has been ranked in the top 5 percent of companies nationwide in employee satisfaction, according to a recent survey.

The direct sales company, featuring more than 60 easy-to-prepare foods and gifts, employs more than 330 people at its headquarters in Alexandria.

The nationwide survey was conducted by the Center for Values Research (CVR), an employee relations consulting group. It evaluates employees’ satisfaction with a variety of elements including benefits, opportunities, culture, working conditions, fairness, work-group cooperation and more. In fact, in the area of pride alone, 96 percent of Tastefully Simple’s employees indicated they were proud to work for the company.

CVR has conducted surveys for more than 800 corporations and nearly 1 million employees, using its capabilities to help bring the values of employees and the goals of management into systematic alignment.
