Figure skating club presents spring show
The Alexandria Figure Skating Club welcomes the public to “And the Magic Begins…on the Ice,” on Friday, April 8 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, April 9 at 1 p.m. at the Runestone Community Center in Alexandria. Skaters ages 4 to 15 will perform to music from animated shows.

This year’s show includes eight group numbers from beginning skaters to advanced skaters. There will also be a special opening number featuring “Colors of the Wind.”
There will be solo performances from advanced skaters Analea Sheets, Gretchen Majerus, Madison Hess, Morgan Hess, Midori Von Bargen and Kendra Donlea. Coaches are Connie Brunkow, Kathy Carlsen, Sara Linow, Kelsey Krawiecki and Kelly Hartwell.
