Sen. Ingebrigtsen to survey flood-threatened area in Moorhead

Senator Bill Ingebrigtsen (R-Alexandria), chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Committee, and Senator David Senjem (R-Rochester), chair of the Capital Investment Committee, will lead a bi-partisan delegation of Senate and House legislators to survey flood preparation and impact in Moorhead and the surrounding area on Friday, April 8.

St. Paul - Senator Bill Ingebrigtsen (R-Alexandria), chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Committee, and Senator David Senjem (R-Rochester), chair of the Capital Investment Committee, will lead a bi-partisan delegation of Senate and House legislators to survey flood preparation and impact in Moorhead and the surrounding area on Friday, April 8.

The legislative delegation will meet with area leaders at the North Ottawa Impoundment site and the Breckenridge Flood Control Project before hosting a Moorhead flood impact and update hearing with over one dozen mayors, council members, commissioners and leaders from the surrounding cities and townships.

Capital Investment: Senjem, Hoffman (R-Vergas), Langseth

House Members: Reps Eken (D-02A), Kiel (R-01B), Marquart (D-09B)
