Letter - Money doesn't grow on trees
Why is there never enough money? Why can’t governments balance their budgets?
To the editor:
Why is there never enough money? Why can’t governments balance their budgets? School officials want new schools; the city needs a new law enforcement center; the county has to build a new jail; unions want more money and better benefits; the public demands more and better services; many people are asking for grants.
Why are so many acting like money grows on trees?
