MILTONA TOWNSHIP

ROAD MAINTENANCE AND

GRAVEL QUOTE

Miltona Township is seeking a quote for road maintenance and class 5 gravel, with test results. There are approximately 36 miles of road, and approximately 6,000 yards of class 5 gravel, starting April 5, 2011, for one year.

Quote should be written on plain paper and submitted to Miltona Township, Thomas Blank, Clerk, PO Box 194, Miltona MN 56354, or in person on Monday, April 4 at the Miltona Community Center in Miltona at 7:00 p.m. Information on the quote is to include the following:

--Description of all equipment to be used and the hourly rate for each.

--All equipment must have an hour meter to allow for verification of work.

--A certificate of liability/workman’s compensation insurance is to be attached.

--Price per yard of Class 5 gravel.

The Board of Supervisors maintains the right to accept or reject any or all quotes.
