“Changing the Food Landscape” will discuss how eating right in today’s global food marketplace can be a challenge. There are so many options to choose from it can be difficult to make choices that support children’s health and well-being.
As participants in the food program, those choices also need to meet program requirements for reimbursable meals.
The workshop will offer ideas and information that can assist you in taking small steps to change your own food landscape as well as the food landscape for the children you care for. Food program participants will meet CACFP annual training requirements by attending this session.
To register, contact Stacey Wixo at (218) 233-5210.
