Legislative update – meeting will talk about changes in property laws

The Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA) will hold a legislative update session on Tuesday, April 12 from 1 to 3 p.m. at City Hall in Alexandria.

New state laws have recently come into effect, and there are more to come that may substantially impact your properties. Are you ready?

Don't miss this opportunity to hear from those in the know about the new laws concerning changes to the abandoned property statute, applicant screening, attorney fees, late fees and federal lead regulations.

Cost for the class is $39 for members of MHA and $59 for non-members. The class is approved for 2.0 continuing education real estate credits.
