Please take notice that the Douglas County Commissioners will be holding a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at 9:05 a.m. in the Douglas County Commissioners Room located on the 2nd floor of the Courthouse, 305 8th Ave W, Alexandria MN 56308 to take public comment on:
Park Legacy Grant Application for acquisition of lands to be added to Lake Brophy County Park.
Regional Park Grant Application for improvements at Kensington Rune Stone Park.
Outdoor Recreation Grant Application for improvements at Deputy Sheriff Curtis A Felt Memorial Park.
Information will be presented about:
Project scope and types of activities being proposed
Implementation schedule
Overall cost and proposed financing
Costs assessed to community residents
Other associated project costs including maintenance.
