PACER Center workshop addresses Social Security for transition-age youth

PACER Center is offering “Social Security for Transition-Age Youth,” a free workshop for parents of teens and young adults with disabilities and for professionals.

PACER Center is offering “Social Security for Transition-Age Youth,” a free workshop for parents of teens and young adults with disabilities and for professionals.

The workshop will be Tuesday, March 15, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Holiday Inn in Alexandria.

Advance registration is requested. Participants will learn about: Social Security disability programs; Supplemental Security Income; work incentives; Plan to Achieve Self-Support (PASS) program; Ticket to Work program.
