The special meeting of the Board

of Education of Independent School

District No. 206, Alexandria, Minneso-

ta, was called to order by Board Chair-

person Dean Anderson at 5:30 p.m. in

the conference room at Woodland Ele-

mentary School, Alexandria, Minneso-

ta.

Board Members Present: Dave

Anderson, Pam Carlson, Jean Robley,

Jim Hafdal, Judy Florell and Dean An-

derson and ex-officio Superintendent

Terry Quist. Absent: Alan Zeithamer.

Others Present: Administrators

Trevor Peterson, Judy Backhaus, Julie

Critz, Susan Scarborough, Jeff Jor-

gensen and 2 visitors.

2009-10 AUDIT PRESENTATION

Dennis Schmidt of LarsonAllen

gave an overview of the 2009-10 Dis-

trict 206 financial audit. He then an-

swered questions of the school board.

No action was taken by the board at

this time.

ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business to

come before the Board at this time,

the special meeting adjourned at 6:55

p.m.
