Session will help business leaders address diversity
The Diversity Resource Action Alliance (DRAA) committee will sponsor a two-day session entitled “Diversity and Inclusion for Business Leaders.”
The Diversity Resource Action Alliance (DRAA) committee will sponsor a two-day session entitled “Diversity and Inclusion for Business Leaders” at the Alexandria Technical and Community College on Tuesday and Wednesday, February 8-9 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This workshop is designed to teach formal and informal leaders how to cultivate an environment that maximizes and leverages the talents and strengths of all citizens, according to DRAA.
Leaders and participants will leave this workshop with a framework to help successfully facilitate healthy diversity dialogues and discussions in life, school, work and the community.
